We accept exchanges and returns on all designs ordered by size and without modifications . You have 15 days from receiving your design at home to make the exchange or return.

You can change your order for another size, model or you can request a full refund for your dress .

If you don't love the design once you get it home, contact our team at +34 644 176 632 or by email at contact@augurosempre.com and let us know your chosen option (exchange or refund).

* Modifications involve custom dresses, made with measurements and colors different from those that appear in the web catalog.


What if you want a custom design but want to try it out first?

You can order it by size, try it on at home and then we will pick it up to make the necessary adjustments to your figure.

We subject all our designs to a high level of quality control before they leave our offices. We take detailed and general photographs of each one.

That is why:

Items must be in their original condition without traces of makeup, marks and stains , and must not have been worn, altered or washed . Any labels must remain in place and of course there must be no no rips, tears or similar misalignments . We suggest that all items be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure that you are able to exchange the items within our specified time frame. Please put on your dress after showering to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant or makeup. Also, try on your dress on clean, carpeted or tiled floors to avoid getting the bottom of the dress dirty.

All items will undergo enhanced quality control upon return. Exchanges or returns are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass quality control, The design cannot be changed or returned under any circumstances .

  • Damaged or defective products: If the product arrives at your home damaged or with a defect, we will replace it with the model in perfect condition.
  • Policies for products in good condition but that the customer wants to return: you can exchange your order for another size, model or for a refund.

  • Time to start the refund process: you have 15 calendar days to make the exchange or return.
  • Our design review period once received at our facilities is 10 working days.
  • Cost associated with the process: Shipping costs are not refundable. Return costs (shipping of the return package) are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders cancelled before home delivery will incur a bank handling fee of 3% of the order amount. That is, if you place an order and want to cancel it before you receive it at home, we will not cover the bank handling fees. In order not to lose that 3%, we recommend that you make the return once you have received the design.
  • Express sewing is not a refundable service. If you order a design with the express sewing extra, only the cost of the dress will be refunded, not the cost of the express sewing.

  • How long (maximum days) does it take, from when the process starts until it becomes effective: For exchanges for another model or size: the time is 2 months for guest dresses and 4 months for wedding dresses (sewing times are specified in the design information). For refunds , it depends on the payment method you used, by bank card, transfer or payment in installments with Scalapay, refunds are made within a maximum of 5 business days. If your payment method is through Paypal or Amazon Pay, refund times are made between 5 to 15 business days.
