Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order at home. We only accept exchanges and returns on designs per size and without modifications.

You can change your order for another size, model or you can request a full refund for your dress (shipping costs are not refundable) .

Orders canceled before home delivery will have a bank processing fee of 3% of the order amount. That is, if you place an order and want to cancel it, we will not assume the bank management costs. 3% for the transfer made will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns are not effective until receipt of your design at home or 24 hours after ordering your design (sewing cancellation that carries a 3% bank management fee surcharge).

If you want a custom design but want to try it on first, you can order it by size and then we will pick it up for you to make any modifications or adjustments you need after that first try on.

For exchanges and returns you must contact our Customer Service team ( contact@augurosempre.com ) to organize the return of your item. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 5 days of communication, return costs (shipping the return package) are the responsibility of the customer.

We subject all our designs to extensive quality control before leaving our offices. We take detailed and general photographs of each one.

Items must be in their original condition without traces of makeup, marks and stains , and must not have been used, altered or washed .   • Damaged or defective products: If the product arrives at your home damaged or with any defects, we will replace it with the model in perfect condition.

  • If your package is detained by customs, the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of returns and exchanges, we will advance that money and deduct it from the price of the dress. For example (if your returned package arrives with €50 customs fees, we will deduct that amount from the dress in the return).

  • How long (maximum number of days) does it take, from when the process begins, until it becomes effective: for exchanges for another model or size, the time is 2 months for guest dresses and 4 months for wedding dresses (the times sewing patterns are specified in the design information). For refunds, it depends on the payment method you used, with bank card, transfer or payment in installments with Scalapay, refunds are made in a maximum of 5 business days. If your payment method is through Paypal or Amazon Pay, refund times take between 5 to 15 business days.
