Each piece in our Auguro Semper Novias y Fiesta collection is designed in Europe. We offer a quick and easy alternative to the monotonous and cumbersome method of buying wedding dresses. Our collections are made up of dresses in a standard size and height according to the European size or in the exact size of the bride according to the model. We are pioneers in the online sale of wedding dresses in Spain. We follow the example of countries like Australia, Italy or the US where this style of online shopping has been done for several years.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
It is very simple, select the product you want, add it to the cart and follow the steps to create your user in Auguro Semper (we need your information to be able to send you the garment).
RETURNS
Changes are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order at home. You must contact our Customer Service team ( augurosempre@gmail.com ) to arrange the return of your item. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 15 days, return costs are borne by the customer.
Items must be in their original condition with no traces of makeup, marks, and stains, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Any labels must remain in place. We suggest that all items are tested as soon as they are received to ensure that you can exchange the items within our specified time period. Please put the dress on after showering to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant or makeup. Also, try your dress on clean, carpeted, or tiled floors.
All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass quality control, Customer Service will contact you to offer you an alternative.
