1. Design by size with rear adjustment option

You can choose a dress in a standard size , following our Auguro Sempre style size guide. If you need it, we'll help you choose the right size.

When you receive your dress at home, if you'd like any adjustments (for example, to the length, waist, or other areas), we'll pick it up or send it to you and provide you with a quote for the alterations.
2. Completely custom design

If you prefer something personalized, select the “Custom Made” option in the size selector during checkout.

We will contact you within 24 business hours to send you a measurement guide. This guide includes a table with 13 measurements that you must complete and return to us so we can create your dress tailored just for you.

We'll explain how to measure yourself correctly. We'll also review the information received, and if any measurement doesn't seem right, we'll ask you for a second measurement to ensure the best fit.
3. Post-fixes included
Because we know that some parameters (such as the heel you will wear, your posture or your personal preferences) may vary:

We include up to 2 subsequent alterations at no additional cost, in two different areas of the dress (for example: length + waist).

If you need more alterations or in more areas, we will offer you a personalized quote, either with us or with a trusted specialized seamstress.
4. Estimated preparation times

For guest dresses: the production time is usually approximately 2 months from full order confirmation and receipt of measurements (in the case of a custom design).

For wedding dresses: around 4 months , due to the complexity and level of detail required.
5. Our promise of quality

Every dress made to order is carefully checked before shipping.

If the dress arrives with a manufacturing defect, obvious sizing error, incorrect model, or any other defect attributable to us, we will send you a new dress or offer you a full voucher, covering all costs at no cost to you.
